Company managment
JUDr. Ing. Juraj Plechlo Jr. has been successfully leading projects under GRAU Group for more than 10 years, during which he has transformed several companies into profitable business models and put them into practice. He currently serves as Executive Director and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
We would like to thank our long-time partner Juraj Plechlo Sr., who built the foundational pillars of this company and, as a successful renowned economist and lawyer, influenced the current vision and values of the company.

Acquisition of PRIMA Housing in Bratislava
In 2008, PRIMA purchased all accommodation facilities in Bratislava. Their value significantly increased between 2010 and 2023, driven by extensive renovations across multiple properties.
Founding of LIČI Advertising Agency
Today, LIČI is a full-service advertising agency with a strong foothold in the marketing sector. Through project diversification and partnerships with both small businesses and corporate clients, the agency has built extensive expertise.
Acquisition of Subway® Bratislava Branch
The Bratislava Subway® branch was acquired with the goal of increasing its overall value. After a 120% growth in company value, the branch was successfully sold following a comprehensive marketing and financial transformation.
Launch of Certified Production for KARTALIN® Cosmetics
In 2019, certified production of KARTALIN® was successfully launched in Slovakia. This led to continues growth and a significant reduction of production costs, with the entire business plan being strategically transformed and managed by GRAU Group.
Founding of BOLDEN Events Agency
Responding to rising demand for event services at LIČI Advertising, the independent event agency BOLDEN Events was established. The company’s business plan is fully backed by the financial group GRAU Group.
Acquisition of Two Additional PRIMA Housing Properties
Following extensive renovations and the acquisition of two more properties in 2024, the total value of PRIMA Housing rose by €16.672 million.
